Artist Statement
I have always been creative, crafty and filled with ideas. I find beauty in nature, in the in-between spaces and in unexpected places. Moving paint around a canvas, creating texture, blending color – those are some of the best ways for me to relax and forget about everything else except creating. While I always enjoy the process of creating, I also find great joy in discovering that one secret section of a piece that is “my favorite.” Exploring layer on layer of how the paint has come together to create this wonderful, perfect moment in time is always a thrill.

I hope that I am able to reach an audience of art lovers who also crave those special tiny moments of perfection within a painting that speak only to them.
